Billesdon, played at Kibworth on Saturday last. The Kibworth Club have this
season one of the
strongest fixture lists in the history of the Club, both as regards quantity
and quality, comprising 48
matches in all, and they are looking forward with confidence to a successful
season. Although they have
lost 2 of the brothers Henson, who have secured
professional engagements in the North, most of the
old hands are available, and there is a strong list of reserve talent to draw
upon. H. H. Marriott opened
the season with a well-played 39. J Price-Evans also showed good form on his 28
not out. A Hings took 3
