Match Report

Kibworth 2nd were the visitors to the town ground last Saturday and found the Harboro' club with a very weak team. Kibworth ran
up a fine score but damaged whatever chance they had of victory by keeping at the wickets over three hours and leaving the home
side only and hour and ten minutes to bat. Harboro took their time and kept their undefeated home record intact. For Kibworth
R Holyoak, H Newcombe and T Freer got runs in good style and in the latters big score were seven fours and although lucky at the
start it was a good innings to watch. For Harborough who had nothing to play for but the draw, L Wigginton and A Archer easily played
out time. E Nunn was the best bowler taking six wickets cheaply.
